RTS built a cloud solution in Amazon AWS to integrate 14+ SQL databases and pull data from multiple Oracle, Quickbooks, and Microsoft systems into a database migration service which is now loaded daily to a single amazon database and supervised by data engineers, then fed into Power BI for automated reporting. This was a complex task, but RTS was able to complete it without any disruption to their client's business operations.

After talking to four other AWS partners, The VP of Information Technology spoke with Resolve Tech Solutions. After the first hour long call, he stated, “We just learned more in this call than 6 weeks of dealing with four other partners, what are the next steps?” Resolve Tech Solutions began by conducting a cloud migration readiness assessment as part of the project kick-off. Using the AWS well-architected framework, this assessment helped the company to identify its migration goals, assess its current IT environment, and develop a migration plan. Our end client now has a 30% reduction in IT costs, and a 20% increase in productivity.

For a US government agency managing $70 billion in parts and goods, RTS migrated 72,000 SAP ERP users to AWS GovCloud. This allowed consolidated documentation access so employees can make informed decisions. It also addressed regulatory requirements and delivered solutions despite restricted internet connectivity. RTS enabled audit readiness and data-driven logistics and maintenance decisions through this scalable SAP platform.

ProxsysRx faced challenges in accessing and retrieving data from hospital pharmacies and their customized application, which was comprised of PowerBI and multiple VPNs. Their objective was to acquire real-time data to demonstrate to customer hospitals the amount of cost savings through rebate programs from state and federal governments in real-time from a single point of truth.

The RTS team worked with our end client to develop a new application that was built on the Power App platform. Power App is a cloud-based platform that allows users to create and deploy custom applications, achieving a 40% reduction in on-boarding time which significantly boosted efficiency and cost savings.
