Vinod Muthuswamy

Vinod Muthuswamy is the Chief Executive Officer at Resolve Tech Solutions responsible for the implementation & execution of the strategic vision. He is also on the Board of Directors of RTS.

Vinod is a customer and people centric, innovative technology and business leader experienced in growing top-line and bottom-line results in both large and small companies. He has 20+ years of experience in strategy, development and delivering cloud operations, IoT, software platform development, with an end-to-end focus of software innovation, sales, go-to-market development, growth strategy development, operational optimization, business P&L management and alignment.

He has led multi hundred-million-dollar organizations at NEC and GDT which provided software technology solutions, managed, cloud services, SaaS and next generation transformative software solutions in AI, Machine Learning and DevOps with sales, and operations that span across US, Asia, Europe, and South America.

Prior to Resolve Tech Solutions, Vinod served as the President & Chief Technology Officer at InnoTech where he was responsible for the strategy, product & technology vision of the company. Earlier he served as the President of GDT where he led the end-to-end transformation of the organization which resulted in $750M+ annual revenues and a y-o-y growth of 30% in 2018. Preceding his role at GDT, he was Chief Technology Officer at 3Qube Technologies, responsible for the development of Storage as a Service platform. Before 3Qube, Vinod was Vice President of Managed and Cloud Services for NEC Corporation of America (NEC) where he led an organization both in the U.S. and overseas that consisted of more than 400 consultants, engineers, solution architects, and software developers focused on developing software for collaboration, SAP, business intelligence and analytics that served enterprise and public sector customers.

Vinod holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications from University of Mysore, India and a CCIE in Routing & Switching technology, PMP certification in Project Management, Agile & ITIL certification. He also has been a frequent speaker at OEM technology conferences.
