Priyanka Agarwal currently serves as the Chief Revenue Officer – Commercial at Resolve Tech Solutions where she is responsible for all the IT services, solutions, and strategic-resourcing revenue streams of the business.
Priyanka is adept at building long-term relationships at both ends of the spectrum: large enterprises as well as small businesses; customers and partners; decision-makers and subject matter experts. Her penchant for solving grass-root problems, with persistence and dedication, by individually leading the efforts and/or orchestrating cross-functional teams, has made her the Go-To person for customers and internal leaders and teams.
She comes with 15+ years of strong experience in IT Sales and Account Management, Business Strategy, Customer Relationship Management, Strategic Resourcing, and Professional Services across Telecom, Retail, Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, and IT industries.
She has been an integral part of the business growth and expansion at Resolve Tech Solutions from its inception, playing a variety of roles, with intrapreneurial spirit, besides driving business development. She was instrumental in establishing and growing IT & Digital services & solutions business streams at Resolve Tech Solutions. She played a key role in setting up an offshore delivery center, revamping the company’s messaging and positioning with clients, streamlining recruitment processes, and on-boarding key talent.
Prior to her role at Resolve Tech Solutions, she contributed individually and spearheaded business development and account management efforts in a global marketing and business technology solutions company, and several other IT and technology focused companies in the US.
