James Jones

James Jones is the Chief Financial Officer at Resolve Tech Solutions with an exciting career spanning over 25+ years in finance and operations. His primary responsibilities at RTS include spear-heading the finance function and operations right from strategic planning and decision-making to managing finance team, goals, and execution.

James areas of expertise include Startup Strategic Planning, Agile Financial Planning, Go-to-market planning and execution, Building Cap Table Architecture and Finance and Accounting Tech Stacks, Venture Capital Fund Raising, and Web3 Business Model Development. He is a proponent of increasing business value by creating a strong partnership between finance and the business, building top-notch teams, strong financial infrastructures, and highly productive operations. He recognizes the significance of technology in staying competitive and in future-proofing industries for long-term success.

Prior to his role as RTS, James served as CFO at C360 Technologies, Inc where he oversaw corporate finance, investor relations, and corporate administration functions. In his role as Founder and Managing Partner at Ardito Advisors, he also served as Interim CFO and COO for early-stage technology companies. Prior to Ardito Advisors, James was the CFO at Singularity University where he was responsible for the company’s accounting, finance, tax, treasury, investor relations and compliance functions. Earlier, James was the On-demand CFO at Burkland associates where he served as Interim CFO for venture-backed and early-stage technology companies.

James holds a master’s in business administration from Harvard Business school and a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He also volunteers his time as a Board member for The Foothill-de Anza foundation and the Exploratorium.”
