Ariel Burks

Ariel is an HR professional with over a decade of experience across various positions and industries. In her current role as VP, Human Resources, Ariel will oversee the Human Resources function and develop human capital management strategies that align to business goals and improve the overall employee lifecycle.

Ariel received her Master’s in HRIR from the University of Illinois in Champaign. She started her career at GE Power through the Human Resources Leadership Program. She gained diverse experience as an Employee Resources Manager for the Global Projects Organization, O&TD Specialist during the Alstom integration and HR Manager for two manufacturing sites in NJ and PA leading the integration post-acquisition. Then, she moved to Tesla as an HR Partner at the Gigafactory in Reno, NV. Before RTS, Ariel supported Apache Industrial Services as the HR Manager and then Director, HR Operations where she built the employee relations and HRBP functions and supported a Workday implementation.

As an HR Leader, Ariel is motivated to help individuals and organizations meet their goals through strong HR practices. She is passionate about driving HR process improvement, providing a fulfilling employee experience, and working with leadership to shape a culture of collaboration, high performance, inclusivity, and trust.
