Data Validation and Audit

Real Estate Investment Data Validation & Audit

Resolve’s Request and Investment Data Exchange (IDX) provide a standard yet extensible platform and toolset for the integration of commercial real estate investment data into the Request data warehouse.

Validation business rules help ensure data quality and consistency of information stored in numerous disconnected systems with different data structures and formats, including third party property management systems.

Validation rules can be easily modified and added to address the unique needs of your organization and the characteristics of the different source systems used.

Examples of data validation rules that can be flagged by the IDX include:

  • Missing required property or tenant attributes
  • Discrepancies between rent amount and lease expiration date

Data that violates the rules is flagged and reported so it can be corrected in the source system, providing you with a mechanism to improve the quality and consistency of information across the organization.
