The dashboard integrates the Dundas charting component allowing client-side modifications to charts and facilitating simple distribution.
Dashboard content is primarily driven by a core-set of metrics. Metrics are based on property, lease or portfolio level information. Metrics can be based on any type of numeric data in the warehouse including occupancy, financial, and performance data. Metrics are stored in a cube with dimensions for each of a client's portfolio grouping categories. The multidimensional storage of metrics facilitates further analytics including data mining.
