Equity allows users to move their waterfall calculations out of difficult to manage, error prone spreadsheets and into a centralized application. By sorting the Equity management screen users can view partnerships associated with an investor, providing insight into an investor's exposure. In addition to partnership terms, Portfolio Maximizer includes a capital structure modeler that supports many of the most commonly used calculation types. When used in conjunction with Scenario, Equity provides the waterfall modeling functionality used to calculate investor returns.
