The position requires a bachelor's degree, and up to 2 years of experience in real estate related field with a familiarity of real estate principles, and experience or education in accounting, finance, appraisal or a related discipline. Candidate should be detail oriented, be able to multi-task and provide quality work in a fast paced deadline oriented environment.
Responsibilities include financial modeling using Argus and Dyna software, spending time learning the software platforms and detail concepts of modeling, proficient input of data, understand/learn simple and complex lease structures, be able to grasp real estate concepts and work in an organized and efficient manner.

Senior Financial Analyst
This position is for well rounded, detail oriented and highly motivated team players to help expand the consulting business and possibly derive new revenue sources. The position requires a bachelor's degree, and 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate related field with a good grasp of real estate principles. Experience auditing real estate financials and rent rolls, managing projects and an aptitude toward scheduling, reviewing, as well as performing analyst tasks is required. Candidate must have very good working knowledge of Argus and/or DYNA, Word, Excel and Powerpoint and be able to model complexities of leases including partnerships, debt and retail sales. They should also be detail oriented, be able to multi-task and provide quality work in a fast paced deadline oriented environment with supervisory potential.
Responsibilities include financial modeling using Argus and Dyna software, provide scheduling and reviewing analysts work for quality control purposes, understand the software platforms and detail concepts of modeling, understand complex lease structures, be able to provide lease abstraction across a broad array of formats, mentor and train analysts and work in an organized and efficient manner. Understanding Argus and Dyna at a level to teach beginner classes is also a requisite.

Project Manager/Analyst
This position is for a seasoned professional with more than 5 years experience who is interested in helping to grow and expand the consulting business. The position requires expert level knowledge of Argus and Dyna, have supervisory skills and have an excellent grasp on real estate principles with experience working in a dead line oriented environment. Responsibilities include managing and scheduling projects, review of analyst work for quality control, auditing and performing analyst tasks, dealing with clients in the management and timely completion of projects and come up with innovative ideas for expanding the consulting services provided. As the consulting business grows, this position will expand to greater responsibilities and opportunities.
