We are currently looking for a Software Engineer to work closely with business units to gather requirements from both internal and external customers develop reports and create cubes where applicable in order to provide the desired data analysis capabilities. The right person will work with clients educating them on how to use the best tools to run their own reports, queries and analyze data.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively respond to the needs of internal development and external customers.
Drive the requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation phases of projects.
Responsible for data extracts, transformation, loading and data cleansing for the data warehouse.
Manage metadata.
Present accurate data to both internal and external customers.
Work with clients to ensure a smooth implementation.
Provide functional and technical leadership to more junior members of the team.
Requirements:
BS degree in Computer Science or the equivalent experience.
1-3 years experience in software development.
Experience with .NET strongly preferred.
Knowledge of MS Business Intelligence tools including: SQL Server 2005, Management and BI Development Studio; Visual Studio 2005 – SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, etc.
Ability to develop complex stored procedures that can handle large data sets, including the use of recursive queries.
The ability to handle stressful situations with a positive attitude.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

We are currently looking for a Software Support Engineer who is able to provide outstanding technical support to customers and partners via the web, email and phone.The ideal candidate will also be responsible for Developing fixes, new features and reports and as well as assisting with integrations in order to continually improve Resolve Software products.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively respond to the needs of internal development and external customers.
Work with clients to support and maintain Resolve Software products and provide outstanding customer service.
Support ongoing requirement analysis, design, development and testing during post-implementation phase.
Use sound judgement to escalate issues when necessary.
Responsible for post-implementation data extracts, transformation, loading and data cleansing for the data warehouse.
Document FAQ’s, solutions and techniques; provide product feedback to aid in ongoing improvements.
Implement scope changes, including billable estimates, as needed
Requirements:
Prior consulting or financial services experience a plus.
Previous exposure to MS Business Intelligence tools such as: SQL Server 2005, Management and BI Development Studio; Visual Studio 2005 – SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, etc.; Office Performance Point Server 2007.
Ability to develop and maintain complex stored procedures that can handle large data sets, including the use of recursive queries.

QA Engineer
We are currently looking for a QA Engineer responsible for being a technical resource on testing efforts within the QA group. Reporting to the Manager of Software Quality Assurance, the right candidate will provide continuous feedback, guidance, and execution, representing top-notch quality principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring that test plans are developed for each project to provide a clear way to confirm that the software being tested satisfies the requirements outlined in the product specifications and meets Resolve software quality standards.
Develop and execute test plans to perform all aspects of verification.
Develop and execute automated test scripts.
Work closely with Development and Product Management to ensure quality. representation throughout the design and development process.
Conduct tests, record data, and communicate results and analysis to software developers for appropriate action.
Provide feedback and recommendations related to current testing methods, processes, and tools where appropriate.

All the above positions will be located in our new headquarters in Needham MA.
