Project Manager/Business Analyst

We are currently looking for a Project Manager with experience in Business Analysis to manage a Resolve Technology, software project’s scope, schedule, budget, and resources in order to deliver a high-quality solution for the client.As leader of the project team, this role has the overall responsibility for the project’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

Solicit and capture customers’ requirements and feedback
Manage customer expectations and communications.
Perform business analysis and define business processes.
Develop conceptual and functional specifications.
Develop project plan, scope definition, and manage change definition.
Manage project resources, budget, schedule, and risks.
Lead post-project reviews to address project issues, concerns, and improvement areas.
Manage project infrastructure through the creation, collection, and maintenance of project documentation.
Solve problems and remove roadblocks to keep projects moving forward.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Business or the equivalent experience.
5-7 years in Project Management and/or Business Analysis Strong knowledge of QA testing methodologies and software development and support.
Previous experience managing software development or implementation projects.
Prior experience in financial services and/or consulting a plus.
Experience with data integration projects
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification desired.
Strong analytic and troubleshooting skills.
Highly focused on customer satisfaction.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Some travel required, (<10%).

Request Business Analyst

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst with a background in Commercial Real Estate or a Real Estate Investment firm to focus on our Request software product. The ideal candidate will review, analyze and evaluate business systems and client needs in order to formulate systems to parallel business strategies. They will also be responsible for documenting user needs, program functions and determining next steps.

Key Responsibilities:

Understands real estate investment business requirements including leasing, financial reporting, risk analysis, valuations, budgeting, forecasting and ownership structures.
Works with Project Manager to perform business analysis and define processes.
Develops conceptual and functional specifications.
Active involvement in the technical design of the solution.
Creates databases and reports as needed to support analytic findings.
Generates and compiles reports based on his/her findings, complete with improvements and/or new requirements for processes and procedures.
Defines and implements processes to introduce new and existing products.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Business or the equivalent experience.
5-7 years in Business Analysis preferably in commercial real estate or a real estate investment firm.
5 years of advanced analytics experience in the real estate industry, including but not limited to analysis, budgeting, financial reporting and forecasting.
Previous experience using Argus, Dyna or similar software.
Ability to understand and follow a Software Life Cycle and have experience working with Property Management Forecasting Systems.
Experience with data integration projects.
Strong analytic and troubleshooting skills.
Highly focused on customer satisfaction.
Ability to handle stressful situations with a positive attitude.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Portfolio Maximizer Business Analyst

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst with a background in Commercial Real Estate to focus on our Performance Maximizer product.The ideal candidate will review, analyze and evaluate business systems and client needs in order to formulate systems to parallel business strategies.They will also be responsible for documenting user needs, program functions and determining next steps.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and in-depth understanding of software capabilities and how product is best utilized.
Serve as business subject matter expert and provide analytical support to team members.
Validate business requirements for implementations.
Participate in client discussions on product implementations.
Review and interpret client funding, partnerships as well as joint ventures documentation and charts of accounts.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Review technical specifications with Software and QA Engineers and monitor progress of implementations.
Develop strategies that will enable product to accommodate client specificities.
Validate product performance by comparing actual vs. expected results.
Create and maintain documentation and specifications for project.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance or related field.
3-5 years of experience in business modeling, requirement management and/or analysis and design.
1-2 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate.
Understanding of Accounting Fundamentals.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Experience using Argus, Dyna or similar financial modeling software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation and process management skills.
Highly focused on customer satisfaction.
Handles stressful situations with a positive attitude.
Ability to work within a team as well as independently with minimal guidance.
